New for Fall... lots of affordable pretty from Pier 1 Imports...
The Ikat Wing Chair makes a bold, but not outspoken, statement
Peacock Tufted Dining Chairs would be lovely as host and hostess at the dinner table
Bubbles Green Glass Vases are right on trend

Pier 1 has recently become a surprisingly great source for affordable accents and cost-effective seasonal updates. If you haven't already, give them a look.
I'm partial to the vintage trays and the oval wall clock and the redbuds pillow (without the tassles, of course!).
Which one of these pretties has caught your eye?

Love the Ikat wing chair!
Such a fun place to shop!
Love it all, but the peacock tufted dining chairs are my favorite. Love Pier 1. Hope the rumor that they're closing is not true. I would truly be sad to see them go.
This makes me sad because both of our Pier Ones just closed. I used to go all the time and am not sure what I'm going to do without them!
Wow, I haven't been in a Pier I in ages. I would really love a pair of those peacock chairs! Thanks for the info.

I always love a good snuffle around Pier 1. My only complaint is they don't have a restroom, so my visits are often hasty!!
I'd love a chair like the Josette and yes, the corner of my guest room could probably work very well.
And I'm a huge clock fan - I'd have them everywhere if Beloved Husband would allow it!!
Wow. Haven't been there in so long, but looks like they've gotten with some trends and gotten rid of that same old style (morrocanish?). Too bad I'm living in Europe now!
I love all those tufted chairs that are suddenly everywhere! Pier 1 is so colourful, I love to go in there!
I love the rug in the first photo, the Ikat wing, and that curved back dining chair!
I so hope the rumor of them going out by the end of the year isn't true....I remember Pier 1's of my youth-- all incense and unusual international items! Boy have they evolved!
Wow, I had no idea they might be in trouble and are closing stores. That's bad news and I'm surprised...
I haven't been into Pier 1 for a long time - I am definitely stoppin in - loving the vintage.
oh loving the sunflower mirror!!!! (into gold lately!)
